Free Use: A contract is concluded upon first use of the service.
Premium Subscriptions: The contract is concluded through our confirmation of your order by email. The display of subscriptions on our website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly serve neither your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to support@ki-bilder-erstellen.com).
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
The right of withdrawal expires for digital content when we have begun performing the service after you have expressly consented and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
The prices stated on the website are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Payments are made through the offered payment service providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
For subscriptions, billing is in advance for the selected period. The subscription renews automatically if not cancelled in due time.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current term. Cancellation must be made by email to support@ki-bilder-erstellen.com.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

We strive for high availability of the service but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance work will be announced when possible.
For use, you need an internet-capable computer or mobile device with a current web browser.
In case of defects in the service, you have statutory warranty rights. For free services, liability for defects is excluded unless they are based on intent or gross negligence.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, in cases of intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act.
In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

Extraordinary Termination: The right to terminate for good cause without notice remains unaffected.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

German law applies to all legal relationships between us and you, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Jurisdiction for Merchants: If the contracting party is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business.
Consumers: The statutory jurisdiction applies to consumers.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect by email (for registered users) or by prominent notice on the website.
If you do not object to the changed Terms of Service within 30 days of receiving the change notification, the changed Terms of Service are deemed accepted.
In case of your objection, the contractual relationship ends upon expiry of the previous Terms of Service.
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the economic purpose that the contracting parties pursued with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
